Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "fc365", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the fc365 online gaming platform accessible at fc365.cam and all associated services, tools, and content provided therein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with fc365 or accesses any part of the fc365 platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered player profile created upon successful completion of fc365's registration process.
• "Platform" — the fc365 website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming, payment, and support services.
• "Games" — all gaming content available on the fc365 platform including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, table games, fishing games, and game show titles.
• "Wallet" — the in-platform balance held within a Player's fc365 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by fc365 to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by fc365 before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an fc365 Account, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person and not a legal entity, corporation, or partnership;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fc365 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with fc365 or any other gaming platform.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering an fc365 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number;
• Register only one Account in your own name — duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Not register an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Update your Account information promptly if any registered details change;
• Complete KYC verification when requested by fc365, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document.

2.3 Identity Verification

fc365 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, and driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in restriction of Account functions including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fc365 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. fc365 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account via SMS OTP.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify fc365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Not access fc365 from shared, public, or unsecured networks without appropriate security precautions;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

fc365 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, except where such access results directly from a security breach on fc365's systems.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fc365 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. fc365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the Account or that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. fc365 will not process withdrawals to accounts owned by third parties under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Compliance with the withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's VIP tier;
• Standard anti-money laundering (AML) review for transactions exceeding applicable thresholds.

4.3 Processing Times

fc365 targets the following withdrawal processing times for KYC-verified Accounts: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes on average; BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank — within 1–3 banking hours. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. fc365 reserves the right to extend processing time in cases requiring additional review, provided the Player is notified of any delay.

4.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the fc365 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise for USDT TRC20 transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

fc365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are disclosed at the point of offer. Players accept those specific terms upon claiming any bonus. General bonus terms applicable across all fc365 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds carry an expiry period — unused Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• fc365 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts, structured low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements, or participation via a prohibited jurisdiction;
• VIP cashback rewards are credited on a weekly basis and are immediately withdrawable with no wagering requirements attached;
• fc365 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players where practicable.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on the fc365 platform is governed by its own specific rules provided by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules relate solely to the mechanics and outcomes of that game.

fc365 operates exclusively with game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the long-run expected payout rates for each game and are made available to Players in the game lobby.

In the event of a technical error during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnection, game software malfunction, or display errors — fc365 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the Player's stake. fc365 is not liable for any perceived winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fc365 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name, a pseudonym, or through any other identity;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or account systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any suspected vulnerability must be reported to fc365 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or any third party to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any component of the fc365 platform or its game content.

Responsible Gaming

fc365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

fc365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Player's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits configurable by the Player; reductions take effect immediately;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications to alert Players of elapsed time during active sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary Account restriction for a Player-defined period (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term Account closure available immediately from Account settings or via fc365 support.

Suspension & Termination

fc365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• fc365 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Account;
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A self-exclusion arrangement is in effect and the Player attempts to access fc365;
• fc365 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulator;
• The Player's jurisdiction becomes or is identified as a prohibited territory.

Upon termination for breach, fc365 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with fraudulent activity pending investigation. Where termination is not related to breach, any verified, eligible balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting fc365 support via Live Chat.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in and relating to the fc365 platform — including but not limited to the fc365 name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interface elements, and any other content owned or licensed by fc365 — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right to use fc365's intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal platform use.

Game content displayed on the fc365 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, JDB, and others) and is subject to those providers' respective licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fc365 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from technical failure, interruption, or malfunction of the Platform or any third-party service;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate Account security;
• Any content, actions, or omissions of third-party game providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fc365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The aggregate liability of fc365 to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to fc365 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant event.

Privacy & Data

fc365 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fc365 processes personal data for purposes including Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming. fc365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for these purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through fc365's internal dispute resolution process.

Amendments

fc365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email or an in-platform notification no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation, in which case changes take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the fc365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using fc365 and may request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
